How is PaprPlain different from Clappia?
Clappia is built around forms — you add the fields you want and the submissions come back in a list, and it is very good at the version of that which happens on a phone in the field, with barcodes, a camera and GPS. PaprPlain is built around the records themselves: it reads the Excel Sheet you already keep, works out what your business tracks and how it connects, and builds the whole workspace — connected tables, screens, totals and checks — for you to check over. The other difference is the bill: Clappia is per user per month, PaprPlain is ₹1,999$22 a month for up to ten people together.
Does PaprPlain work offline or scan barcodes?
Not today — PaprPlain works online. The screens are built for a phone, and photos and documents sit on the row they belong to, so staff add rows where the work happens. Which is cheaper?
